Out of the Void Posters
Out of the Void Poster by Bebops

I am constantly astonished and entranced by the myriad forms of life on this planet. To quote one of my very favorite authors, Annie Dillard, in
Pilgrim at Tinker Creek, "the creator has pizzazz".

I hope to display a variety of animal images on this blog to delight us all. I have created many products featuring wildlife and pets for my Zazzle stores, Bebop's Place and Bebop's Weddings, using my original photographs and designs. I am also constantly amazed at the gorgeous animal products available from the rest of the Zazzle community. I am hoping others will enjoy this blog and even be moved to purchase some of these lovely items for gifts or just for the pleasure of having such beauty around.

Here is a beautifully photographed note card. A butterfly is a mainly day-flying insect of the order Lepidoptera, which includes the butterflies and moths. Like other holometabolous insects, the butterfly's life cycle consists of four parts: egg, larva, pupa and adult. Most species are diurnal. Butterflies have large, often brightly colored wings, and conspicuous, fluttering flight. Butterflies comprise the true butterflies (superfamily Papilionoidea), the skippers (superfamily Hesperioidea) and the moth-butterflies (superfamily Hedyloidea). All the many other families within the Lepidoptera are referred to as moths. The earliest known butterfly fossils date to the mid Eocene epoch, between 40-50 million years ago.

Great gift for your crazy neighborhood cat lady

From the designer: Some dogs are just dogs, and other dogs are angels in canine form. Maggie's dog Spirit is one of those special dogs. She really held the key to her spirit, and kept my friend going as her health and abilities declined. Boston Terriers are known for being gentle, alert, intelligent, and well-mannered. The breed is usually enthusiastic and occasionally rambunctious, and are even known to have their own sense of humor. Whenever Mag was in trouble, her dogs knew it and tried to get her help. And the best thing about purchasing art - it NEVER barks when someone knocks on the door, and never leaves presents.

A grumpy looking American Toad (Bufo americanus) is looking out at you from this poster. This small amphibian is brown with black, gold olive green and orange coloration. His warts distinguish him from his frog neighbors. Although hatched in the water of ponds, rivers, lakes or streams, the tadpoles soon move to land where the toads live their adult lives. His startling call is a long screech. He looks quite fierce but is actually a gentle little guy who eat lots of garden pests including insects and slugs. The text reads: Make my day ! It can be customized or removed.

From the designer:
True friendship comes in all sizes and colors as evidenced by the sweet relationship between this large black wolfhound and his best friend a small white Maltipoo. These wonderful dogs spend every moment together as part of our household. Noodles, the Maltese and poodle mix thinks that she is the alpha of the pack but Hamish, the wolfhound, doesn't always agree with that. The make quite a charming pair in this computer illustration.
