I hope to display a variety of animal images on this blog to delight us all. I have created many products featuring wildlife and pets for my Zazzle stores, Bebop's Place and Bebop's Weddings, using my original photographs and designs. I am also constantly amazed at the gorgeous animal products available from the rest of the Zazzle community. This Case-Mate iPod case captures a tiny deer mouse climbing the trunk of a tree. The brown coloration very closely matches the bark so that he is camouflaged from view unless the observer is extremely close. He has white whiskers and belly fur, large black eyes and pink feet.

This thank you card features the Great Blue Heron, a large wading bird in the heron family Ardeidae, common near the shores of open water and in wetlands. He is the largest North American heron. Notable features include slaty flight feathers, red-brown thighs, and a paired red-brown and black stripe up the flanks; the neck is rusty-gray, with black and white streaking down the front; the head is paler, with a nearly white face, and a pair of black plumes running from just above the eye to the back of the head. The feathers on the lower neck are long and plume-like. Because this is the breeding season, he also has plumes on the lower back and an orange bill. He is standing in shallow water and his feathers are backlit by the luminous sunlight.
A bee working the purple flower of the fuzzy gray lambs ear plant on this pretty tote bag. Soft wooly star shaped buds abound.

This poster is a study of beauty and the beast. A perfectly lovely golden orange dahlia is being visited by a green, yellow and black Spotted Cucumber Beetle who is emerging from underneath some petals. The beetle is somewhat camouflaged because the colors of the flower and the insect are very similar. Although they look as harmless as ladybugs, they are a major agricultural pest insect, nibbling the leaves of many important vegetable crops.
